We’re excited to announce we’ve added 5 new studios spaces annexed to the gallery on the basement level. We’ve worked hard to establish ourselves from a “pop up” gallery a permanent space, and are excited to add the additional studios.
Studio spaces are basement-level so there aren’t any windows, but they’ve all been recently renovated and have new lighting and new walls. Rent includes all utilities, wi-fi access, and use of the gallery space if it’s open for short term shows, studio visits, etc. There are bathrooms, and a slop sink, as well as an annual Open Studios and monthly exhibits/receptions in the gallery space.
We are looking for active artists / or small creative companies and welcome people to share the spaces.
Spaces Available:
310 sqft - $365
360 sqft - $425
620 sqft - $730
Please contact us to set up a time to check out the studios or with any questions, info@lincolnartsproject.com

INSIDER / OUTSIDER

Curated by Sandrine Schaefer

Insider/Outsider features photographs, videos, and other traces of live art pieces originally created in non-art contexts. This exhibition addresses the ethics of making art in public, private, and intimate space; investigates art’s role within various social and political structures; and examines the interstices between art action and contemporary life. Local artists show beside artists from China, Australia, The Czech Republic, Israel, Canada, and other parts of the United States, offering a diverse range of perspectives around the concept of place and its power to shape experience.

RECEPTION: Friday, November 16, 7-10 PM
Show Dates: November 3 - December 1
Gallery Hours: Wed - Fri 4-9 PM, Sat 2-8 PM or by appointment.

Hey Everybody, we’re excited to announce we’re launching our KickStarter today for the National Poster Retrospecticus Tour!!
It’s going to be huge! We’re packing up over 300 Posters (more than doubling last years show!) and driving around to 7 different cities in April, before returning home to an extended show at LAP. We have all the galleries on board, even more great artists than last year, and now we’re trying to raise the money to put the tour in motion!
This is a really great project we’re very excited about, please consider helping us out — and spreading the word counts!
