We’re excited to announce we’ve added 5 new studios spaces annexed to the gallery on the basement level. We’ve worked hard to establish ourselves from a “pop up” gallery a permanent space, and are excited to add the additional studios.  Studio spaces are basement-level so there aren’t any windows, but they’ve all been recently renovated and have new lighting and new walls. Rent includes all utilities, wi-fi access, and use of the gallery space if it’s open for short term shows, studio visits, etc. There are bathrooms, and a slop sink, as well as an annual Open Studios and monthly exhibits/receptions in the gallery space. We are looking for active artists / or small creative companies and welcome people to share the spaces.  Spaces Available: 310 sqft - $365 360 sqft - $425 620 sqft - $730   Please contact us to set up a time to check out the studios or with any questions, info@lincolnartsproject.com
